A Dirndl in pure cotton whose delicate pattern is woven into the jacquard, giving the surface texture and a quiet sheen. The classic skirt length of 80 centimetres gives the model a slender line and wears just as well on the Wiesn as at any other celebration in the year.
Jacquard looms still work today for church, theatre and Tracht, wherever a pattern belongs in the fabric and not on it. Gössl has the handed-down Tracht patterns woven in this technique at a local weaving mill.
