How do I collect loyalty points?
For every euro of purchase value you receive one loyalty point. The points are credited to your membership account automatically.
Where do I see my points balance and my benefits?
On the app's home screen you will find your points balance and your member status. Via the chamois symbol you discover your status benefits. The rewards overview shows you which rewards are available to you.
How do I redeem a reward?
Select the reward you would like in the app and redeem it before paying. You can use your rewards both in our Gössl stores and in the online shop.
How do I book private shopping?
As a member you can book a personal appointment for private shopping, depending on your member status. You will find the information on this with your status benefits in the app.
How do I receive the Gwandhaus Journal?
Provide your postal address when you register. Then, as a club member, we will send you the Gwandhaus Journal to your home twice a year.
How long are my points valid?
Your loyalty points are valid for 365 days. If they are not redeemed within this time, they expire.
Can I invite friends?
Yes. Via the "invite friends" function, you and the person invited each receive 100 points for a successful invitation.
Are my points transferable?
Loyalty points are tied to your personal membership account and cannot be passed on.
