Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros, or, where the price of the item is higher, if at the time of withdrawal you have not yet rendered the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods where that diminished value results from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods for orders placed in the online shop (unworn goods with all labels, refund to the original means of payment). Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.

On the returns page you register your return and receive your return label by e-mail. Please send the goods back in their original packaging and unworn. Note for customers in Switzerland: please contact us directly at kundenservice@goessl.com to arrange your return.
