Delicately embroidered braces were once precious tokens of love from young ladies to their sweethearts. Gössl takes up this tradition and carries the gobelin embroidery over to the belt. On this model the colours of the House of Wittelsbach determine the pattern and join handed-down handwork with a piece of Bavarian history.
What
Fine stitches come together in a regular pattern. With its dense surface, the gobelin embroidery recalls woven tapestries. The finer it is worked, the closer its effect comes to pictorial weaving. The colours of the House of Wittelsbach give it a signature of its own. Sturdy cowhide frames the delicate work and gives it support.
What for
