Payment and shipping terms
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods via Shopify Payments:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Klarna (invoice and instalments)
- SEPA direct debit and Sofortüberweisung
- EPS (for Austrian customers)
The availability of individual payment methods may vary depending on the country and the order value. Your payment details are never stored at Gössl — processing is encrypted and handled by Shopify Payments.
Shipping costs and delivery countries
We ship within the European Union as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Consignments outside Europe (USA, Canada, Australia, Asia) are currently not available — we are working on it.

Note on Switzerland and the United Kingdom: Consignments to these countries leave the EU customs area. Customs duties and import VAT are levied by the receiving customs office and are to be borne by the customer.
Delivery times
Within Austria and Germany the delivery time is generally 2–5 working days. For the remaining EU countries 3–7 working days, for Switzerland and the UK 5–10 working days (customs clearance may vary).
Returns
For orders placed in the online shop we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods: unworn goods with all labels attached may be returned within this period without giving reasons. The refund is made to the original means of payment. Your statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days remains unaffected. Within Austria and Germany the return is free of charge. For returns from other countries, a return fee of € 20 applies where the value of the goods is below € 300. Please use our returns page for this:
There you register your return and receive your return label by email. Please send the goods back in their original packaging and unworn.
Note for Swiss customers: Owing to customs clearance, we are currently unable to create automatic return labels for Switzerland. Please contact us directly at kundenservice@goessl.com so that we can handle your return individually.
