This elegant wedding dress is an homage to a remarkable woman - Anna Plochl. Archduke Johann's "housewife" shaped an entire region with her Gwand. And so her wedding dress, too, has become indispensable to the Gössl range. Delicate floral ornaments adorn the Styrian green bodice of dupioni silk. The laced Mieder (bodice) with its square neckline makes for pleasant comfort in wear. Flexible bodice boning guarantees a perfect fit without creases. The characteristic wolf's teeth, a hand-embroidered tree of life and the flat embroidery in fine gold threads underline the historical origin of this beautiful Gwand: the Empire period in Styria in the time of Archduke Johann. The flowing A-line skirt flatters the figure. The narrow apron of fine silk jacquard becomes the focal point and is hooked onto the bodice without apron ribbons.

Three from one: the made-to-measure Dirndl can easily be altered to two further sizes - one larger, one smaller. The making and the possibility of alteration are carefully considered. Seam allowances are provided at the side seam, the waist, the shoulder and in the skirt length. The Dirndl can thus be adapted to the figure with little effort.
