The hemp
Hemp is the first plant cultivated by human beings and is found in almost every part of the world. The hemp fibre, which is obtained from dried hemp straw through various stages of work, looks back on a tradition in textile production many thousands of years old. Somewhat forgotten in recent decades, Gössl values its characteristic properties and makes it the basis of its ideas. Hemp is light and supple, yet holds its shape and hardly creases.
