The tie belt in patinated Original Gössl Bauernleinen comes in a classic fit. Detailed, playful flat-stitch embroidery with cord stitching presents paisley ornaments and delights the eye. It serves as a substitute for an apron or as an additional adornment over an apron. It is also worn with dresses and blouses. Thanks to its flexible lacing it can be adjusted to fit and charmingly emphasises the waist.
Bauernleinen
The Original Bauernleinen, the farmer's linen, has long been an important part of cultural history in the Alpine region. The linen cloth was omnipresent in everyday life: bed linen, table linen, Gwand – everywhere the Bauernleinen showed its singularity through its characteristic structure. The thickenings of the spun yarns also stand out in the woven cloth, its changeable appearance makes the Bauernleinen distinctive and singular.
