Bauernleinen
The Original Bauernleinen has long been an important part of cultural history in the Alpine region. The linen cloth was omnipresent in everyday life: bed linen, table linen, Gwand – everywhere the Bauernleinen showed its singularity through its characteristic structure. The thickenings of the spun yarns also come to the fore in the woven fabric, its changeable appearance makes the Bauernleinen unmistakable and singular. Gössl takes the tradition and individuality of this fabric and makes it the basis of new ideas with old strength.
