Only what nature gives us becomes a snug Schladminger virgin wool Walk. Through pressing, pushing, compressing, squeezing and kneading in warm, weakly alkaline or acidic baths, the wool fibres are felted until the original weave is no longer recognisable. This is the guarantee of protection from winter weather - from wind to snow. At the same time the Schladminger is snugly warm for the cold season, as wool fibres enclose a great deal of air and therefore insulate very well. The surface of the Schladminger is lightly brushed - in this way it gains a voluminous handle. The slightly waisted short coat is double-breasted, worked with a large contrast-coloured collar of fine Tuchloden, and closes with eight genuine staghorn buttons. The raw-edge construction allows particular comfort in wear. Contrast-coloured lapel of fine cloth in Gössl-Grün. The deep flap pockets with contrast-coloured inner sections are lined with soft cotton as chest pockets and as horizontal and vertical slit pockets. Box pleat with worked-in contrast-coloured Paspel (piping) and an applied tailor's bow of Tuchloden at the back, closed by a contrast-piped half belt with a genuine buttonhole and staghorn button. The lining of fine Tuchloden in Gössl-Grün allows particular comfort in wear, and two closable flap pockets keep the important small things of life secure Care instructions For optimal care the Schladminger should be dry cleaned.
