Normandy linen
Normandy linen is among the finest linen qualities in the world. Grown in French Normandy, it benefits from an ideal climate and fertile soils. The result is a particularly even, durable and breathable natural fabric with a cool hand – elegant in its fall and pleasant to wear, especially on warm days.
Gams
The Gams, the chamois, is an icon among alpine wild animals. Proud and bold at once, it is the conqueror of the high mountains. Gössl shows its silhouette as a sign of the bond between people and nature. By now the Gössl Gams has itself become a defining feature: it stands for Gössl's claim to style and quality in outstanding clothing culture.
The Lampasse
The Lampasse is Gössl's exclusive mark of recognition. It is a particular form of decorative stripe that was originally to be seen only on uniforms. Over time it became part of Tracht and at Gössl today it is a mark of valuable clothing culture. As its trademark, Gössl likes to stage it again and again in ever new ways. Many an admirer of Gössl Gwand looks out for the variations of its appearance.
Mother-of-pearl
Mother-of-pearl is a natural solid substance found in the shells of molluscs. Its surface shimmers like opal depending on how the light falls. With their lustre, mother-of-pearl buttons give every model that certain something.
