Cotton Pfoad with stand collar

With minor variations, the Pfoad remains to this day a fixed part of many regional forms of Tracht. To this prototype the Gössl Pfoad adds further unmistakable marks with a guarantee of authenticity. The slip-on shirt is never buttoned all the way down the chest, and the button placket ends in an unmistakable characteristic: the five-cornered Riegerl (bar tack), which on request is embroidered with the monogram of its admirer. The Pfoad once worn in the workshop today does justice to every occasion and cuts a first-class figure in the urban jungle of the big city, between coffee house, tram and gallery visit – and certainly also on the executive floor. On the inside of the collar, the traditional Lampasse band becomes an eye-catcher. The buttons are of mother-of-pearl.
