Returns & sending back

We want you to wear your new favourite Gwand with pleasure. Should something not fit, you can return your order conveniently through our returns portal within 30 days of receipt – unworn and with all labels attached. The refund is made to the original means of payment.

Start a return

How it works

1. Click on "Start a return" and enter your order number and your e-mail address.
2. Select the articles you would like to return.
3. You will receive your return label by e-mail – print it, attach it and hand the parcel in at the nearest drop-off point.

Note for Switzerland

Because of customs clearance, we are not yet able to create automatic return labels for Switzerland. Please write to us at kundenservice@goessl.com – we will handle your return individually.

The voluntary 30-day right of return applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days, which remains unaffected. You will find further information in our Right of withdrawal.
